Reflexology is a foot massage based upon scientific knowledge of the connection between the nervous system of each of the body’s organs to specific areas on the soles of the feet. Pressure can vary from soft and gentle, to very painful. The deeper the work, the more profound the inner healing, and a great feeling of deep inner relaxation is often achieved.
