Deep Tissue – this is a remedial massage where fingers, knuckles and elbows are used to access deeper muscles, tendentious attachments and ligaments. Hot stones are often used in this treatment as well, for added benefits of warmth and strength.
Treatments are either 30 or 60 minutes duration, depending upon presentation.
